Robert Placek is the Chairman of the Board, and co-founder of Wegener Corporation. He has served as CEO of WEGENER since its founding in 1979 till 2009. His career spans over forty years in the satellite communications industry. Prior to founding WEGENER, he started and managed the Satellite Communications Product Line at Scientific Atlanta. He received his Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering from University of Florida. |

Troy Woodbury is the Chief Executive Officer of WEGENER. He has served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Wegener Corporation and WEGENER from June 1988 till 2009, and as a director of the Company since December 1989. He also has served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of WEGENER since September 1992, and as Senior Vice President of Finance since March 2002. Mr. Woodbury served as Executive Vice President of WEGENER from July 1995 to March 2002 and as Chief Operating Officer of WEGENER from September 1992 to June 1998. Prior to joining the Company in 1988, Mr. Woodbury served as Group Controller for Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. from March 1975 to June 1988. Mr. Woodbury is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Accounting from Bob Jones University.

Jim Traicoff is WEGENER’s Chief Financial Officer. He has been at WEGENER for over 20 years. He has served as Controller of Wegener Corporation and WEGENER from July 1988 till October 2009. Previous to employment at WEGENER, Mr. Traicoff held controller positions in a number of manufacturing industries. Mr. Traicoff is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Louie Livaditis is WEGENER’s Chief Technology Officer. He has been at WEGENER for over 20 years designing many of the company’s key products throughout his tenure. Today, he is responsible for the management of R&D, evaluating new markets and translating company strategic plans into R&D programs. Previous to employment at WEGENER, Mr. Livaditis was an engineer at Scientific Atlanta.
