SELECTS WEGENER FOR CARRIAGE OF HDNET
UNITY4422 IRDs Will be Used at Charter
Cable Headends

(Nasdaq: WGNR - News) today announced an order from Charter Communications
Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR - News) for UNITY4422 IRDs (integrated receiver decoder).

definition television (HDTV) services for its customers," said

The UNITY4422 IRD supports both analog and digital outputs. Charter
Communications will be utilizing the UNITY4422's digital capabilities
for this application.
