Since our first roll out with TV Azteca in the early 2000s, we have expanded and grown our broadcast presence in Mexico to include major broadcasters that use our new iPump technology to distribute and regionalize programing throughout Mexico. Our iPump 6400 Professional Broadcast receivers are used by television stations to receive political ads and programming supplied and managed by the government of Mexico.
Wegener’s Compel Network Management system controls program distribution and playout with a smooth mix of live an file-based programming.
AXS-TV
AXS TV is a cable television network dedicated to providing the best in music programming and festivals, comedy performances, current events and mixed martial arts promotions. AXS TV is a partnership between founder Mark Cuban, AEG, Ryan Seacrest Media, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and CBS.
AXS TV is a cable network that is carried by the major operators, telcos and satellite providers. The channel is located on the HD tiers of AT&T U-Verse, Comcast, DirecTV, Dish, Verizon FiOS, among others. AXS-TV uses Wegener’s Unity 4600 receiver for distribution to its cable TV affiliates.
